Email & messaging
We email you transactional messages (sign-in links, dispute and payout updates) because they're required to operate your account. Product updates and the block-list digest are opt-in — we only send them if you ask, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don't spam.
Identity & payouts
Payout identity verification runs through our payments provider; we store only a provider reference, never your raw SSN/TIN or bank details.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, change your email preferences, and request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings.
